History

In 1800 the plot was owned by the patron Joh. Flodman.

Modification drafts

In 1936, the Wiisla building was modified to create two separate fireplaces. The following drawings of the alterations date from 1966. This was when alterations were made to both the commercial and residential parts of the building. The building had two apartments, each with two rooms and a kitchen. Central heating was installed, so the stoves had to go, and the wood stoves were demolished. One of the flats also had a bathroom with a bathtub. There had been toilets in the flats before, but they were moved from a cupboard in the corner of the living room to a cupboard in the hallway. The commercial building was fitted with cooling facilities etc. The position of the windows and doors was also slightly changed. The windows on the courtyard side of the building remained six-paned and the windows on the street side remained two-paned. A low garage was built on the site of the former long outbuilding.

In 1973, the outbuilding was altered to have a hip roof, and was located back-to-back with the outbuilding next door. The building had had carports for four cars. One of the sheds was converted into a sauna.
