Modification drafts

There is a modification drawing from 1892 for the extension of a building along the river. There are also outbuildings on the northern boundary and in the middle of the plot. The residential building had three rooms and a hallway. Now the building was extended at the eastern end with two rooms and a kitchen with a porch. The old part of the building was extended to two rooms, creating more space for one of the rooms and a kitchen in place of the hallway. Two separate apartments were added to the building. The building in the middle of the plot was a baker’s shop, which had also had a hallway and a small pantry. These were now combined into a larger chamber and a porch was built in front of the entrance. The outbuilding on the northern boundary comprised a barn, a latrine and a shed. The main building by the river was given a three-part Renaissance lining. The framing of the T-shaped windows ends in a lily motif. The small building in the centre of the courtyard is vertically boarded. The windows are six-paned and have a classical framing. The door to the pent-roofed porch is a mirrored double door with a window above. The exterior of the building is vertically boarded and has a diagonal window on the façade facing the Tallikedo. The design is by John. Fredr. Lindegren.

In 1978, the buildings were modified. The residential building was converted for single-family use and the kitchen and toilet facilities were renovated. A sauna was added to the outbuilding on the northern boundary of the plot. The bakery building in the middle of the plot was demolished
