History

The plot is the southern part of the Kotka plot, which has been separated into its own plot.

Modification drafts

The residential building was extended in 1913 according to a design by Arvi Leikari. A kitchen and two new entrances were built on the courtyard side, so that the building had two apartments, one with two rooms and a kitchen, the other with a room and a kitchen. The windows were panelled in a jugend colour. An outbuilding was built on the site of a small old building, probably a latrine. The new outbuilding included a cattle shed, sheds and a latrine.

In 1974 the building was converted into a single-family dwelling. A toilet and sauna were added. The room height was lowered.
