History

Plot No 220 was called Sahari in 1800 and was owned by the patron Hinrik Hinström. He also had some arable land.

Modification drafts

The buildings on the plot can be seen on the 1892 modification drawing. The drawing is by John Fredr. Lindegren. On the site, along the river, there is a residential building with a hall, a kitchen with a baking oven and one large and one smaller room. The intention was to make a minor extension to the courtyard side. The outbuilding on the southern boundary of the plot contained a stable, a barn, a latrine and a shed. The residential building had a three-part neo-renaissance lining. The upper part is clapboarded and fitted with dense roof brackets. The four-paned windows are lined with profiled mouldings. The exterior is vertically boarded with diagonal windows.

In 1983, the old building was thoroughly renovated and extended with an extension the size of the old building. A garage and storage building were also constructed on the site.
