In 1924, Maurus Isaksson drew up the plans for the new buildings on the site. The residential building along the Tullivahe had two apartments, one of which had three rooms and a kitchen. The second had two rooms and a kitchen with a baking oven. The lower part of the building was horizontal and the attic floor was vertical. The window panelling is very simple. The basement had a laundry room. The outbuilding has four sheds and a toilet.

In 1957, the attic was converted to residential use. Two separate apartments were added. Toilet facilities were also added on both floors. A bathroom was also added to the second apartment on the ground floor. In 1962, two garages were added to the outbuilding and the toilets were abandoned. In 1963 the building was fitted with central heating, so the furnaces were removed. More platform rooms were introduced. A sauna, boiler room and utility cellar were added. In 1968 it was desired to change the six-paned windows to double-hung, with the lower horizontal pane narrow and the upper one almost square.

In 1988, the two apartments on the ground floor and the two small apartments on the attic floor were combined into a single dwelling.
