Modification drafts

The Naulankatu building was designed in 1922 by William V. Williams. The building had two apartments, one with a baking oven in the kitchen and the other with a conventional stove in the kitchen. Despite the high ceiling, the upper floor was not furnished. The building was built with horizontal foundations. The outbuilding was on the northern side of the courtyard. In 1935, the attic floor of the residential building was taken over and a triple roof was built on the park side to provide light for the second floor.

The residential building along Isopoikkikatu dates from the 1930s. There is an alteration drawing from 1957. The first floor of the building consisted of two rooms and a kitchen, a hall and a toilet, while the upper floor consisted of a room, a kitchen and a toilet. The basement contained a sauna, a boiler room and cellar rooms. The rooms had circular brick walls.

In 1959, a new outbuilding with a pulp roof was built.
