History

The house was owned by Maria Spik, according to the 1756 map annex, and by the patron Thom. Telenius and Anna Spjik according to the 1800 tax list. Spijk also had some arable land.

Modification drafts

The building on the plot has a modification drawing by Arvi Forsman from 1903. Before the alteration, the residential building had had one apartment, consisting of a kitchen, a pantry, a hall and a room that had served as a separate apartment. In front of its entrance was a separate small boarded porch. There had also been a porch in front of the entrance to the larger apartment. Now they wanted to build two new kitchens and an entrance on the courtyard side. At the same time, the wall between the former small pantry and the kitchen was demolished. The new apartments both had a kitchen and a room. The building was raised with an attic section and received a three-part neo-renaissance lining and T-pane windows. The façade was extended by a new gateway with a separate access door. The outbuilding at the rear of the courtyard was also extended with a new livestock shelter section with an extension to the wing dwelling on the eastern boundary of the site. Previously it had housed a stove room, but now a room and kitchen were added.

In 1931, Kaino Kari drew an alteration drawing to extend the second kitchen. As the window on the courtyard side of the living room was not covered by the extension, the roof window of the room was made wider. The house, which was owned by Onni Harpio, still had three apartments. In 1953, a sauna was built in the courtyard building. The house was still owned by Onni Harpio.

In 1976, changes were made to the residential building. It became a three-room apartment with a kitchen and modern bathroom facilities. The plans were drawn up by Markus Bernoulli, as are the following drawings. In 1980, the attic of the building was converted into residential use.

In 1982, the residential part of the outbuilding was converted into an office. Part of the former outbuildings were also incorporated.
