History

On the map of 1756 there is a Kotur plot near the plot, whose owner’s name was Nyman. In 1800, the plot was called Pihlava and was owned by the patron Matti Sandén. He had a little arable land, but was considered poor for tax purposes.

Modification drafts

In 1928, there was a residential building on the street and another residential building on the northern boundary of the plot. In the corner of the building on the street, a small stone sauna and laundry room was to be built on the neighbour’s row of outbuildings. In 1953, two windows in the building along the street were enlarged from six- to nine-paned.

In 1976, the porch was fitted with toilet and shower facilities and the kitchen was renovated. The wood stove was replaced by an electric stove. The rooms retained their heating stoves, despite the switch to electric heating.
