Traffic arrangements
The activities of the Lace Week will take over the Old Rauma area, which will cause changes to traffic arrangements in the city centre.
Where can I drive?
The city festival Pitsiviikko will affect traffic arrangements in the Rauma city centre from Monday 22.7. The construction of the event areas will close streets to vehicle traffic, affect parking and move the location of local transport stops.
- Local bus stops will be moved to Savilankatu, next to Karin koulu, 22.–28.7. The bus stops will be marked with route information.
- From Tuesday 23.7. at 7.00 sections of the Nortamonkatu, Valtakatu, Kalliokatu, Savilankatu and Kauppakatu will be closed.
- During the event, only essential maintenance traffic and escorted access to properties will be permitted on the closed sections of the streets.
