Arrival in Rauma

Rauma has bus connections from Pori, Turku, Tampere, and Helsinki, among others. The Rauma bus station is located in the Harmaidenveljesten parking area (pdf) next to the Church of the Holy Cross at Tallikedonkatu 13. Tickets can be purchased from the Matkahuolto and Onnibus websites. Rauma is easily accessible via the E8 road from the direction of Turku and Pori, and via Highway 12 from the direction of Tampere.

There is no direct connection to Rauma by passenger train. The nearest train station for passenger traffic is in Pori (about 50 km away). www.vr.fi

For those arriving by their own boat, there are guest harbors, service harbors, and recreational harbors available.

The nearest major passenger ports are in Turku (about 94 km) and Naantali (about 89 km). Tallink Silja Line and Viking Line operate from Turku, while Finnlines operates from Naantali.
