Puoti and Wanhat Tawarat

The Rauma branch of the Finnish Red Cross runs the Puoti and Wanhat Tawarat second hand store, offering an extensive selection of second-hand goods. Items are neatly organized into sections based on themes, making it easy to find what you’re looking for.

You can find us in the functionalist-style Valtakulma building by the railway. The ground-floor store (Karjalankatu 15) features glassware, porcelain, household items, women’s, children’s, and men’s clothing, shoes and bags, books and recordings, as well as sports equipment. The upstairs store (Karjalankatu 15 and Valtakatu 10) houses furniture, rugs, paintings, lamps, and home appliances.

Proceeds from the store support both local and international aid efforts, as well as a variety of inclusive events and volunteer activities organized by the Rauma branch. The store also has a significant role in providing employment opportunities.

Opening hours: Mon-Fri 11 AM–5 PM (in summer: Fri 9 AM–3 PM), Sat 10 AM–2 PM.
